Companion ITCS account
With a Companion ITCS account, you can sign into Companion ITCS products. Signing into your account enables improved personalization, provides seamless and consistent experiences across products and devices, permits you to access and use cloud data storage, allows you to make payments using payment instruments stored in your Companion ITCS account, and enable other enhanced features and settings.
When you sign into your account to access a product, we create a record of that sign in.
Companion ITCS E-Learning specific details
Companion ITCS E-Learning works to protect your information through the most secure channels available.
Zoom Integration
- E-Learning user needs to purchase Zoom account and share the credentials with Companion ITCS.
- E-Learning offers Zoom integration feature for our Premium customers. We do not share any data related to Zoom meeting into our database.
- We do not store any Zoom information in Cookies or any similar technologies.
- To access Zoom portal, E-Learning Premium user needs to authenticate E-Learning portal with provided Email and confidential password.
- Companion ITCs will be responsible to create app in user’s Zoom account and share the related information to Zoom support.
Privacy
Use of Information Companion ITCS E-Learning. only requests contact information when required to respond to customer inquiries and support requests. Companion ITCS E-Learning will only use information provided by users and customers for the purposes for which it was collected.
Disclosure
Companion ITCS E-Learning will not disclose personal information to a third party without the informed consent of the individual. We will ensure that the personal information of users and customers will not be disclosed to any other institutions or authorities except if required to by law or other regulation.
Information Collection
When visiting this Internet site, the Companion ITCS E-Learning server logs the following user information that is provided by the user's browser for statistical purposes only.
- The type of browser and operating system that the user is using.
- The user's top level domain name (for example .com, .net, .gov, etc.).
- The address of the referring site (for example, the previous site the user visited).
- The user's server's IP address (a number that is unique to the machine through which the user is connected to the Internet: usually one of the user's service provider's machines).
In addition, the Companion ITCS E-Learning server logs the following information:
- The date and time of the user's visit.
- The address of the pages accessed and the documents downloaded.
- The above information is used only for statistical analysis and systems administration purposes.
- No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities, except in the unlikely event of an investigation where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant.
Email Details
Companion ITCS E-Learning will only record an individual's email address if they send us an e- mail message. It will only be used for the purposes for which the individual provides it, and will not be added to a mailing list unless the individual requests that this is done. Companion ITCS E- Learning will not disclose it without the individual's consent.
Security
Please note that, while all attempts are made to secure information transmitted to this site, there is a possibility that information (such as personal details, credit card numbers or other similar information) submitted could be observed by a third party while in transit.
Record Deletion
Companion ITCS E-Learning will remove personal information from its systems when it is no longer required (except in the case of archiving).
